A superb performance today by the entire team from back to front. We were on the front foot from the off with some superb one touch pass and move football and scored early with Liam scoring from an acute angle left side of goal. By now we were dominant and a second goal was iminent and duly followed with another lovely move this time finished by Brendan with his wrong foot. We finished the half with Brendan slotting in his second for a 3-0 half time scoreline. The second half was much the same as the first and the football was a joy to watch, we added a forth goal with a good strike from Craig. The only downside was we didnt add to our goals tally to help the goal difference. All credit to Caversham who kept going and did add a well taken goal, it was however our day and very encouraging. At the final whistle the Caversham manager was very complimentary and said we played some lovely passing football, again as last week much appreciated.
