CHAIRMAN HAS ANNOUNCED THAT THIS HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ENTRIES BY THE CUT OFF DATE!  WE WILL REVIEW AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR.

Purley Jubilee are delighted to announce that they will be holding a tournament this year.   Interested Clubs can submit entries to our Club Secretary  Emma Wareham

or enquire at her e-mail address  emma.wareham1967@hotmail.co.uk   We are aware that a few clubs have told us that they are waiting to resolve their Presentation nights,  but entries should be made asap to avoid missing out.

PURLEY JUBILEE FOOTBALL CLUB  

 1^st Mini Tournament

Sunday 9^th May @ Reading College Hamilton Road, Reading, RG1 5XZ

We would like to invite your Club to our 1^st Mini Tournament

U7’s through to U10’s will consist of 7 players and 2 substitutes.

U11’s through to U13’s will consist of 6 players and 2 substitutes. 

U7’s and U8’s will be non-competitive and all players will receive a medal.  U9’s through to U13’s will be competitive with a cup for each winning team.  Individual trophies will be awarded to the winners and runners up in each group.

Players should be of their correct age for the 2009/2010 season.

 Hot food, sweets and drinks will be available

 The venue offers ample Car parking at a fee of £3.00 per car including programmes.  No dogs allowed.                 

The enclosed entry form should be completed and sent to:

Emma Wareham, 8 Hornsea Close, Tilehurst, Berks, RG30 6DQ and should be accompanied by the entry fee of £25.00 per team.

 Closing date for entry is 28^th March 2010 but this may be extended,  as many clubs are still unsure of their presentation dates,  so please return your entry form and payment as early as possible .   Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

 Details will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to event and the Club Website will be updated www.purleyjubilee.co.uk

Entries cannot be accepted without payment or Affiliation number.  Money will be returned to those not accepted. 

Purley Jubilee reserves the right to refuse entry and in the event of the Tournament being cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. the weather) we regret that we will be unable to refund entry fees.
